+ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Turnaround time is typically 7-10 days from submission of an order.
- RUSH ORDERS
- If you need an order sooner than 7 days, there will be a 20% Rush Fee
- 4-6 Days - 20% Rush Fee
- 3 Days or sooner will be case by case at a 50% Rush Fee

- Billed Orders to their respective department must be billed to:

- Billed orders are NET30 Terms from receipt of goods.
+ How can I receive my order?
Through the check-out process you will be prompted Pickup or Shipping. Keep in mind that shipping will take 1-2 business days. If your orders is time sensitive, we recommend placing a Pickup order.

+ What is your exchange & return policy?
Garments are warranted 30 days from receipt which includes quality of embellishment and quality of the garment.
Since orders are decorated on-demand they are final purchases. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted due to error in ordering or wrong fitment.
+ My garment does not fit, how can this be resolved?
Sizing spec sheets are provided for each item and everyone is welcome to test fit garments at our store before purchasing. Unless is an error on our part, all orders are final purchases.
+ How can I check on the status of my order?
